The Higher Technical Community Institute (ITSC) is a state public institution that grants a higher technical level degree and academic certifications in different areas included in a permanent education offer, which began its teaching work in January 2013. It has a curricular offer of 27 careers, distributed in 7 areas health, computer science, arts, hospitality, construction, industrial and electromechanical. In the first two academic periods it enrolled 1850 students in the different areas of training offered.
