I was born in 2007 and major in Leather and Garment Design in Guangzhou. I did not give up after failing the high school entrance examination. During my technical secondary school, I studied diligently and obtained Level 1 Certificates in English and Computer before entering university. Tough and self-motivated, I aim to rank top of my major and have won the Second Prize in Guangdong Provincial Vocational Skills Competition. I excel in bag design, leather carving and garment pattern making, familiar with various natural fabrics. I create diverse styles including Dunhuang traditional fashion and trendy designs, and use drawing software and AIGC tools for design assistance. Now I take part in a four-person original design team, preparing for the Garment Pattern Maker Qualification Test and CET-4. I am careful and creative, balancing aesthetic design and practical craftsmanship with strong drawing, layout and teamwork skills. I keep polishing my professional abilities and exploring innovative design ideas. Able to work under pressure, I intend to devote myself to leather and garment design and become a designer with both creativity and practical skills.

This piece is a hand-drawn rendering of a leather card holder shaped like a camel hump, presenting two design proposals in total. The whole piece adopts a soft pale beige tone imitating natural leather, rendered in a fresh and brisk painting style with neat and crisp linework. The upper drawing is the finished rendering of the primary design. The top of the bag adopts a bionic silhouette of two raised camel humps, serving as the core visual highlight of the whole product. A circular decorative motif sits at the center of the flap, surrounded by layered Dunhuang-style scroll grass, cloud patterns and scalloped lace ornaments. The palette combines lake blue, soft pink, warm yellow and reddish brown, recreating the bold, vivid color aesthetics of Dunhuang murals. The flap is equipped with a leather strap closure system fitted with metal studs and a golden snap fastener, balancing practical functionality and ornamental appeal. The lower drawing is a plain draft reference version. It retains the identical camel-hump silhouette, with streamlined symmetrical Dunhuang floral patterns printed on the front. Its restrained, elegant styling acts as a comparison to accentuate the elaborate painted decorations of the primary design. Overall, the design draws inspiration from desert camels, while its decorative patterns derive from classic Dunhuang traditional art. It perfectly integrates regional cultural imagery with the daily storage function of a card holder.
