Tainan University of Technology

I am 22 years old and have many interests—dancing, playing musical instruments—but my greatest passion has always been drawing. However, in high school, I chose to study business because people believed it offered better job opportunities. It wasn’t until my third year of high school that I realized this wasn’t the path I wanted to pursue. So, I decided to retake the entrance exams and got into my current university, where I began my journey in fashion design. Now, as a second-year university student, I’m becoming more and more passionate about fashion and hope that more people will be able to see my work.

Armor

Category: Apparel

Competitions: Taiwan Region

In a medieval era ruled by order and oppression, the human body does not belong to itself—it is possessed and controlled by divine authority, feudal power, and war. This series uses flesh, bone, and armor as its core visual language, symbolizing both the bondage and liberation of the body. Clothing is no longer mere adornment, but a testament to wounds, resistance, and rebirth. Beneath the armor, flesh will rise in defiance—bleeding for freedom, and fighting for the self.
