项目名称:ECO·POD 循环可持续鞋履设计 《ECO·POD》是一款以环保可持续为核心理念的模块化鞋履设计。作品从自然中的“种子舱体”“有机保护壳”和“循环再生系统”中提取灵感,将鞋体设计为可拆卸、可替换、可维修的结构。鞋面采用蓝色再生针织袜套,提供柔软包裹感与透气性;白色外壳使用生物基皮革进行局部拼接,既增强支撑性与保护性,也形成具有手工修复感的视觉语言;橙色再生网布结构提升透气效果,同时象征材料循环中的能量流动。鞋底采用再生橡胶模块化结构,当局部磨损时,用户无需丢弃整双鞋,只需更换受损模块,从而延长产品使用寿命,减少资源浪费。 本设计试图解决传统运动鞋部件复杂、胶粘过多、难以拆解、难以回收等问题。通过可拆卸鞋绳系统、可替换针织内靴、模块化鞋底和可回收材料组合,构建一个“使用—维护—替换—回收—再制造”的循环体系。作品不仅关注鞋子的外观创新,也强调产品生命周期中的环保价值,希望让鞋履从一次性消费品转变为可以持续维护、持续使用、持续再生的设计系统 Project Name: ECO · POD Cycle Sustainable Shoe Design ECO · POD "is a modular shoe design with environmental sustainability as its core concept. The work draws inspiration from the "seed chamber", "organic protective shell", and "recycling system" in nature, and designs the shoe body as a detachable, replaceable, and repairable structure. The shoe upper is made of blue recycled knitted socks, providing soft wrapping and breathability; The white shell is partially spliced with bio based leather, which not only enhances support and protection, but also forms a visual language with a handmade repair feel; The orange recycled mesh structure enhances breathability and symbolizes the energy flow in the material cycle. The sole adopts a modular structure of recycled rubber. When there is local wear, users do not need to discard the entire pair of shoes, only replace the damaged module, thereby extending the product's service life and reducing resource waste. This design attempts to solve the problems of complex components, excessive adhesive, difficulty in disassembly, and difficulty in recycling in traditional sports shoes. By combining a detachable shoe rope system, replaceable knitted inner boots, modular soles, and recyclable materials, a circular system of "use maintenance replacement recycling remanufacturing" is constructed. The work not only focuses on the innovative appearance of shoes, but also emphasizes the environmental value in the product lifecycle, hoping to transform shoes from disposable consumer goods into a design system that can be continuously maintained, used, and regenerated
