Srinakharinwirot University

Yo! Nutthaphon Ittipaiboon (Golf) Major in Accessories , Bag, and Footwear Design, Srinakharinwirot University I believe that design should function as more than just apparel; it is a medium for philosophy that reshapes our perception of the familiar through reinterpretation. My academic journey in the Jewelry, Bag, and Footwear Design program at Srinakharinwirot University has provided me with a strong foundation to explore diverse possibilities in material handling and structural development. I am constantly driven by the challenge of transforming ordinary objects into something that provokes deeper thought and curiosity, often drawing inspiration from the mundane details of everyday life. Beyond my core studies, I enjoy exploring the different characteristics of materials in my spare time. This hobby includes appreciating the natural, timeless allure of genuine leather that matures over time, while also utilizing synthetic materials as an experimental space. These materials allow me to test unconventional functions and push creative boundaries without constraints, providing a personal playground for new ideas and practical innovations. To me, the process of trial and error is just as important as the final product. I strive to create pieces that challenge the viewer’s perspective, leading them to realize that: "This is not just a… but it is also a…" This conceptual approach is manifested through strategic structures and unexpected functional details that invite interaction. For me, fashion is an ongoing question, and every design I produce is a space for communication, where hidden meanings are embedded within the very logic of the object. My ultimate goal is to continue evolving this dialogue, turning every accessory into a narrative that remains open to new interpretations and endless possibilities.

Road to the west

Category: Accessories

Competitions: Thailand

Have you ever heard the popular phrase, “The Fastest Hand in the West”? Well, that is the main concept behind my new fashion design. Traditional cowboy duels are always decided by speed and just one single bullet. But I wanted to think about this idea differently. If everything finishes in a split second, then why do you need to bring a second gun or extra bullets? Also, if you already know the bad ending before the fight starts, would you still stand there and fight one-on-one? Or is it better to just shoot yourself and end it? This dark feeling is turned into a very long Duster Coat that almost touches the floor. It is designed to keep your hidden weapons a secret. On the back of the shoulders, I used a special sewing style to help you move your body easily. Right below that, the back of the coat has a cool screen print of a horse that is struggling hard but still looks beautiful and strong. The lines of this artwork come from the smoke of a gun when a bullet explodes. Why is the coat so long? Because it needs to hide a big 17-inch gun pocket. This pocket is very useful. It has small spaces for your cigarettes, coins, and hairpins, plus three extra removable bags. The outside layer is a Poncho made from over 100 3D-printed bullets. You can take it off and attach it to your boots to change the tightness easily.
