Fallen and Reborn Wings

Category: Apparel

Competitions: Taiwan Region

This design is inspired by the concept of “fallen and reborn wings,” expressing a balance between softness and strength through a fitted silhouette and layered feather-like structures. The wings are crafted from leather, using its firmness to reinterpret feathers—transforming them from symbols of freedom into representations of protection and resilience. The overall design incorporates asymmetry and layered construction to create movement, enhance body proportions, and strengthen visual impact. By contrasting soft imagery with structured materials, the piece conveys a state of vulnerability intertwined with strength, capturing the spirit of choosing to rise again.
