Inspired by My Son Sanctuary, this project explores the transformation of Cham Pa architectural and cultural heritage into a contemporary fashion language. My Son Sanctuary is not only an ancient complex of temples but also a powerful symbol of spirituality, artistry, and endurance through time. The weathered red bricks, intricate carvings, and distinctive tower structures provide a rich visual foundation, offering inspiration in form, texture, and rhythm. The project focuses on analyzing key design elements such as architectural structures, ornamental motifs, proportions, and spiritual essence, translating them into modern fashion expressions. By stylizing traditional details and combining them with contemporary materials such as leather, the collection highlights the contrast between past and present, rawness and refinement. This dialogue between heritage and innovation creates a dynamic aesthetic that feels both grounded and forward-thinking. Beyond reinterpretation, the project aims to establish a new perspective—where cultural heritage is not preserved as something static, but continuously reimagined through creativity. It seeks to transform historical values into a living source of inspiration, contributing to the development of a distinctive Vietnamese fashion identity in the context of globalization.
