Shih Chien University

I am from Taiwan and currently a student in the Department of Fashion Design and Merchandising at Shih Chien University. Since I began my studies, I have been deeply passionate about fashion, not only in terms of design, but also in how clothing reflects culture, identity, and creativity. Although I am still building my experience and have not participated in many competitions yet, I view every opportunity as a valuable chance to learn and grow. Joining this design competition is a meaningful step for me. It allows me to challenge myself, explore new ideas, and gain insight into different perspectives from other talented participants. I believe that sharing creative work is not just about showcasing skills, but also about connecting with others through our unique stories and visions. I am excited to take part in this event, to present my ideas, and to appreciate the inspiring designs of fellow contestants. This experience will definitely be an important milestone in my journey as a fashion designer.

In the concrete jungle built from steel and cement, people have grown accustomed to coldness and routine, living among gray-toned buildings with little chance to connect with nature. This hydrangea-inspired handbag was born in such a context—not merely a fashion accessory, but a soft bloom of greenery within the city. It is both a tribute to and a reminder of nature, gently suggesting that even in the fast-paced rhythm of urban life, we can carry a touch of natural color to brighten every corner of our day.
