My name is Linh, I am 23 years old and currently a student majoring in Fashion Design at the University of Industrial Fine Arts. I have a deep passion for fashion and material arts, especially the ability to express individuality and aesthetic thinking through garment structure, cutting techniques, and surface treatments. Throughout my studies, I have been formally trained in design principles, pattern-making, material coordination, and the creative process—from conceptual inspiration to practical application. I have a particular interest in leather—a material that is both bold and refined, offering vast creative possibilities in contemporary fashion design. Participating in this leather design competition is a valuable opportunity for me to showcase my personal design language, enhance creative thinking, and engage more deeply with the growing movement toward sustainable fashion. I hope to challenge myself, gain practical experience, and contribute the voice of a young designer who values both artistry and innovation.
