I am a fashion design student and I want to express my own point of view through my work, hoping to create an emotional connection with other people and make them feel the same emotions as me, or feel any emotion. I'm a hard person to describe, but most of the time I'm an easygoing person and sometimes a little too passionate about things I really care about.

HumanGod is a transformative leather garment that questions the boundary between ambition and fragility, pride and collapse. Inspired by the myth of Icarus, the design captures the emotional contradiction between my longing to become something divine—and the weight of being irreversibly human. This piece appears as a structured high-fashion silhouette from the front: powerful, precise, and ornamental. Yet its form is deceiving. The garment can be deconstructed and folded into a leather travel bag—revealing not only its practical transformation, but symbolizing the burden of all I carry. What once adorned the body as sculptural pride becomes a vessel of silent heaviness. The circular forms around the shoulders and chest recall both celestial rings and mechanical locks, evoking a self-contained system. The exaggerated high collar suggests isolation; the pleated lower portion resembles a falling motion, an unfolding descent. When collapsed, the “bag” retains the scars of its former structure, like a fossil of identity. In HumanGod, I wear the tension between who I pretend to be and what I can no longer escape. This is not a fashion statement. It is a confession stitched in leather.

I want to create a shape that looks like the front and back are covered. I also referenced the outlines of different coffins, hoping that the piece would have a decayed feel. People use special rituals to commemorate life's wonders and gifts. The design is inspired by a view of life, usually when we talk about life we talk about living, but it leads to an end, I want to described the solemnity and impermanence of life and the beauty of cycle through the way people think about the end of life.
