我的作品名称是 Machina Flux，灵感来源于 Deus Ex Machina（古希腊戏剧中的机械装置）与科幻题材中代表“流动变化”的概念 flux，象征技术的持续进化与不确定的未来图景。设计中提取了机械结构与流动金属作为核心视觉元素，营造出具有未来主义特征的审美氛围。 设计灵感来源于电影《机械姬》与机械战甲形态。电影以较为悲观的视角探讨AI与人类伦理的边界，而我选择以更积极的态度回应未来与科技的关系。AI作为不可逆的发展趋势，应被理解为一种可以协助、增强人类能力的工具。同样，鞋履也是人类极为重要的辅助工具，它保护双足、支撑身体，并提升日常的行动舒适性。从这个角度来看，AI与鞋履在本质功能上具有相似性——它们都是延伸人体、赋能个体的外在装置。因此，我通过将机械结构与金属元素融合入鞋履设计，表达出对未来人与智能系统共存关系的积极想象。 作品材料采用头层牛皮、网眼透气面料与3D打印树脂鞋底。其中，皮革材质天然环保，3D打印结构有助于提高材料利用率、降低浪费，体现了对可持续设计的关注。 My project is titled Machina Flux, inspired by Deus Ex Machina—the mechanical device in ancient Greek theatre—and the sci-fi concept of flux, which represents continuous transformation and an uncertain, evolving future. The core visual elements—mechanical structures and liquid metal—create a distinctly futuristic and tech-driven aesthetic. This concept is inspired by the film Ex Machina and the structure of mechanical exosuits. While the film takes a rather pessimistic view of AI—focusing on ethical risks and potential threats—I take a more optimistic and constructive perspective. AI is an irreversible trend, and rather than fear it, we should focus on how to design, guide, and integrate it as a tool to enhance human capabilities. In fact, footwear is also a fundamental tool for humans—it protects the feet, supports the body, and improves comfort in daily life. In this way, AI and footwear share a common essence: both serve as external extensions that empower the human body. By incorporating mechanical and metallic elements into this footwear design, I aim to explore the positive relationship between humans and intelligent systems, and to envision a future where technology doesn’t replace us, but helps us go further. The materials used include full-grain leather, breathable mesh, and a 3D-printed resin sole. The leather is natural and eco-friendly, while the 3D-printed sole is designed to optimize material use and reduce waste, aligning with sustainable design principles.
