Category: Apparel

Competitions: China Mainland

In the context of contemporary fashion, the collision of denim and leather has long gone beyond the simple combination of materials, and has become a dual expression of free spirit and practical aesthetics. With the "wilderness revival" as its core concept, the collection draws inspiration from the workman's attire of the 19th-century American West Gold Rush, the rebellious genes of 20th-century motorcycle culture, and the industrial ruin aesthetic of the modern metropolis, reconstructing the relationship between these two iconic fabrics. The colour palette is a "faded memory" palette: grey indigo denim primary, washed many times, with smoky black leather treated with oil wax and local accents of patina and concrete grey. The emphasis on "traces of time" in the material treatment, such as laser-engraved denim textured leather tags, and gradient distressing effects that mimic the wear and tear of a motorcycle, give each piece a narrative.
