Hello, I am from Taiwan and currently studying at Shih Chien University, majoring in fashion design. I am very happy to have this competition give me an additional experience and the opportunity to challenge myself. Fashion, to me, is not only about clothing, but also a way to express ideas, emotions, and personal perspectives. During my studies, I have developed a strong interest in garment construction and material experimentation. I enjoy exploring how different fabrics, structures, and details can convey deeper meanings. My recent works often focus on themes such as daily discipline, emotional pressure, and the relationship between individuals and their environment. I believe that every design tells a story, and I hope to communicate my thoughts through my creations. Participating in this competition allows me to learn from others, broaden my vision, and continue growing as a designer. In the future, I aim to further develop my skills and pursue a career in the fashion industry, especially in the field of garment production and design development. Competitions: Taiwan Region

This design is centered on the idea that daily life is controlled by time and order. The skirt is constructed with numerous detachable fastenings, symbolizing how moments in life are constantly fragmented and reassembled. Each act of fastening and unfastening reflects how individuals are compelled to adjust themselves within systems and regulations. The upper garment features a layered structure, expressing the sense of moving forward along a predetermined path, yet remaining trapped within a repetitive cycle that is difficult to escape. Leather is chosen as the primary material to emphasize structural rigidity and a sense of restraint. At the same time, it embodies a contradiction between oppression and protection, echoing the individual’s struggle to break free from systemic constraints.
