Vũ Huy – Deaf Fashion Designer Vũ Huy is a fashion designer passionate about inclusive fashion and Deaf culture. He has participated in Vietnam and International Fashion Weeks and collaborated with the Deaf community to promote Sign Language in fashion. As a Deaf fashion designer, Vũ Huy has made his mark at Vietnam and International Fashion Weeks with innovative designs that integrate Sign Language into fashion, spreading cultural values and community awareness. Notably, his collection “Hands Speak Eyes Listen (Tay Nói Mắt Nghe) 2022” showcased his unique style, offering a fresh perspective on inclusive fashion. Taking part in the 9th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival 2023 alongside hearing designers, but that does not stop us from pursuing our dreams. We each have our own path, yet we all move forward. Deaf and hearing designers may be different, but they can still collaborate, creating the most beautiful creative ideas for the Vietnamese Ao Dai.
