A leather bag inspired by Alzheimer’s, exploring the gradual loss and distortion of memory through fading textures, fragmented forms, and layered construction. Surfaces are intentionally worn, softened, and disrupted, echoing the way memories erode and shift over time. Panels appear disjointed yet interconnected, symbolizing the tension between confusion and the human instinct to hold on to identity. The design balances fragility and resilience—delicate in its visual language, yet structurally grounded—transforming an intangible emotional experience into a tactile, functional object. Through material and form, the piece invites reflection on memory, loss, and the quiet strength within vulnerability.
