The KUBO Sandals utilizes leather as its main material. Different organic woven materials can be used for its straps and insole. Its visual form is inspired from the Filipino traditional hut, "Bahay Kubo". Lastly, the sandal's platform is based on the Baybayin characters of the word 'bahay'.
