Nour Rouhana is a Lebanese architect based in Dubai. She is a distinguished graduate from the American University in Dubai (AUD) whose passion for design has been recognized on a global scale. Her senior thesis project, Coalescence, has been featured in Khaleej Times and Compasses. It has also won an international award by Arts Thread in collaboration with Gucci. Ever since she was a toddler, she has always expressed herself through fashion, and since then, designed her own clothes to cater for her unique style. Her ‘bold’ and ‘sharp’ looks turn heads everywhere she goes, inspiring her to venture into the professional world of fashion design.

‘Unveil’ is a conceptual piece of leather art made to send a message of hope for a better tomorrow. The act of unveiling is translated by exposing the female pelvis in a pant, referring back to humanity’s original nature of nudity. The leather itself is made from a set of worn-out sofas, recycled into a usable material sheet of fabric.
