my life is all about bringing solutions to every day challenges and helping my friends. recently i personally realized that our early Africans had better ways to solving their every day challenges because they had to use creativity more than they could have to. imagine there where no computers like we have today. my designs are inspired by the thinking and creative PRACTICES OF EARLY AFRICANS. THE BAG I HAVE SUBMITTED FOR THE DESING COMPETION IS A BAG WHICH I BELIVE CAN BE SHARED BY THE WHOLE FAMILY it also has a pocket that can hold a solar panel and a light bulb it can split into two or more parts to be used by other family members .it is also a tools bag and can also be used as a baby bag the materials used are leather and bamboo to reinforce the bag will be printed or engraved WITH SPECIAL INFORMATION AND art to help make it unique for each user and through an interactive platform. consumers can contribute personalized designs thank you for the opportunity to engage on this platform and i only found out about this competition in the last minuet but il be ready for the next one i learnt about this competition through allpi in Zambia
the all africa utility bag is a bag for the whole family the leather bag can hold various good and sefver various purposes it can be used a baby bag or a tools bag. the bag has pockets that can open up to expose a solar panel and a place to connect a light bulb. the bag can slpit into many parts to hold tablets laptops and celphones. the bag can be customised to hold food and beverages for picnics. my thoughts as a desinger are that we should contribute to sustainability by reducing unecessary items in our enviroment. the bag can be identified by a specially customised note of information or art on each piece. and features 100% leather and bamboo for reinfornmet. the bag can also split and fold to fit in narrow spaces as deribe in the illustration. its a utility bag which originates in africa but will definately have a global impact'. i wish that afica showcase will support my development of this bag and it will be my first time doing somthing like this in my life i am exited thank you apllpi has recently launched a learther design studio in luisaka with great machines and facilities to help me make this bag a reality
