台灣擁有豐富的多元文化，在這樣多元化的社會裡面，發展出各自獨特且具特色的地方工藝。為陳先出台灣豐富多元的文化色彩，在鞋面的設計以台灣道教之「八家將」的臉部線條為主軸，融入最能代表台灣的精神的台灣水牛圖像。在表現手法上，透過剪影手法（雷雕）的強烈視覺反差方式，引導出承續工藝傳統精神與現代科技的現代時尚創新設計新意。
