Tainan University of Technology

Hello everyone, I am Lin Cai Ni from Taiwan. I am currently studying in the Department of Fashion Design at Tainan University of Technology. I am very passionate about this leather competition. I continue to improve my abilities during the learning process, and hope to accumulate more valuable experience through this competition. Participating in this competition is a challenge and a learning opportunity for me. I hope that through the competition I can showcase my design thinking and creativity, and be able to communicate and learn from other outstanding contestants, which will not only improve my own abilities but also broaden my horizons. The experience I have accumulated from past studies and practice, as well as the encouragement and support from my family and classmates, are the source of my motivation for participating in the competition. I believe that as long as I try my best, I will have no regrets. Thank you to the judges and organizers for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to showing my best in this competition!

This work takes the Zhuluo tree frog as the main body, integrating the protected animals in nature with fashion design. The head and body are divided into two storage spaces using the characteristics of frogs, creating a creative bag that combines both functionality and concept. The frog symbolizes ecological sensitivity and natural purity, while the bag itself represents human daily life. Through design, the two are organically combined to convey the concept of "nature and humans coexist and nature should be conserved." It also means that we should always pay attention to the sounds of nature. In terms of design details, the bag uses three-dimensional composition techniques to present the dynamic sense of the frog, and uses leather materials and metal fasteners to add texture and practicality. Accessories such as the swallowtail butterfly and pangolin pins embellish the fusion of natural elements and urban fashion, emphasizing that conservation is not just a concept but can also be a part of lifestyle. Overall design communication: Bags are not just daily accessories, but can also become a carrier for conveying environmental awareness and aesthetic concepts
