This project explores the psychology and symbolism behind takeout culture. Takeout isn't just a way of eating—it reflects a desire for instant gratification and a lifestyle where rituals are slowly fading. I use shoes as a medium to reinterpret the shift between “dining in” and “taking out,” turning everyday habits into tangible, wearable forms of emotion. The shoe becomes a transitional container between the mind and the body, revealing how convenience doesn’t just wrap food—it also wraps up our desires, identities, and sense of time.
