My name is Nguyen Minh Thu, a second-year student at the College of Industry and Trade, majoring in Leather and Footwear Technology. I came to this field not only because of my love for fashion, but also because of my aspiration to create footwear products that bear a mark of creativity and quality, contributing to affirming Vietnamese brands in the international market. During my studies, I always set a goal to surpass my own limits. I actively participate in research activities, experiment with new designs, and constantly practice meticulousness and patience – essential factors to create a perfect product. I believe that creativity only truly has value when combined with a sense of responsibility and a desire to contribute. Coming to this competition, I hope not only to showcase my abilities but also to convey the message that young Vietnamese people are fully capable of mastering technology, being creative, and confidently stepping onto the global stage. I hope to receive valuable feedback from the judges to continue refining and developing myself. I sincerely thank you!

CÂY LỤC BÌNH Ý tưởng về chiếc giày này là một sự giao thoa độc đáo giữa phong cách thời trang hiện đại (combat boots) và chất liệu thủ công truyền thống từ cây lục bình. Thay vì sử dụng da động vật hoàn toàn, thiết kế đã khéo léo đưa sợi lục bình khô vào các vị trí tạo điểm nhấn như mũi giày, gót và dải viền quanh đế.The idea behind this shoe is a unique intersection between modern fashion style and traditional craftsmanship materials from water hyacinth. Instead of using entirely animal leather, the design cleverly incorporates dried water hyacinth fibers in highlight areas such as the toe, heel, and trim around the sole.
