Menswear, Bags, Atelier - Pattern Cutting
I am a British Designer, most known for my ability to marry refined technique with eccentric design, in my attempt to create bold yet very sensitive work. Currently, I am most active and sought after for my garment design, and my refined technical abilities in pattern cutting and understanding of 3D forms and material. I work in both the film and fashion industry but also have clients, from New York to London continuously requesting bespoke garments. My work is not strictly limited to tailoring and dressmaking, I am always keen to practice any kind of design I can; such as illustration, sculpture, and construction. In 2021, my work was a runners up in an architecture design project for the “City of London Bench”. I have a considerable passion for historical design, theatre and opera. I am also a Flamenco dancer and have performed at the Hackney empire and the Peña Flamenca de Londres. My endeavours often venture into many other projects. Noticeably in 2019, I organised a guerilla fashion show in an abandoned tunnel in London which was reviewed as “The most punk thing we have seen in 20 years” - The British Fashion Council. I have gone on to exhibit work in Dubai, Belgium, and London and have been a guest lecturer at the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation in Dubai where I was teaching my process to Fashion students. I am currently a senior cutter for Guy Ritchie film productions, a Freelance pattern cutter for Richard Quinn, and a bespoke tailor and dressmaker.
