In today's society, feelings of loneliness have become an unavoidable emotional issue for many. Loneliness is not simply a straightforward negative emotion; it is complex and diverse, with each person having their own perception and experience of loneliness. Loneliness is not only the passive loneliness of feeling isolated and oppressed but can also be the active loneliness of self-enjoyment. Perhaps in the eyes of others, I may seem lonely and withdrawn, but the real me finds joy in solitude. Therefore, loneliness is not necessarily a dark, gloomy color palette; it can also be vibrant and colorful.
