Hello everyone, my name is Yi-Shan, and I’m currently studying Fashion Design. I’m someone who’s constantly full of imagination and curiosity, always eager to explore new things and transform inspiration into creative expression. In my free time, I love camping, observing reptiles, and creating artwork that reflects the wild and unconventional ideas in my mind. While I’m naturally an introvert, I can switch to "extrovert mode" when I’m passionate about a topic and will talk your ear off! Fashion, to me, is not just about appearance; it’s a way to express individuality, tell stories, and bring ideas to life. My motto is: “The world is vast, interests are endless, and you’ll never know unless you try.” Through this competition, I hope to challenge myself, push my creative limits, and share my perspective with others. I’m excited about the opportunity to grow both as a designer and as an individual. I’m constantly striving to improve and take on new challenges, and this competition is the perfect platform to do so.

This hat design centers around a mask that combines a smiling face and a crying face, symbolizing the duality of human emotions-joy and sorrow coexisting. At the heart of the mask is a single eye, representing the inner observer-calm, aware, and detached from emotional extremes. It stands for inner awareness and emotional balance. The edge of the hat is stitched together with leather strips, evoking a raw, handcrafted feel and symbolizing connection and healing-the human effort to mend and unite the self amid emotional contrasts. The braided tassels hanging from the hat combine red and blue strands, signifying the intertwining and merging of emotions. The black tip at the end emphasizes the role of the eye-the guiding presence seeking truth amidst emotional chaos. This is more than just a hat; it is a visual narrative about self-awareness, emotional coexistence, and the pursuit of inner harmony.

This is a bag that stands for rebellion, individuality, and attitude - defying the ordinary and turning fashion into a statement that cannot be ignored.
