I am a design student with a strong passion for leather craftsmanship and structural aesthetics. My work focuses on exploring the balance between form, function, and material expression. Through hands-on making, I have developed skills in pattern making, shaping, and constructing leather products from the ground up. I am particularly interested in how leather, as a natural material, carries both durability and emotional value. Each piece I create reflects not only technical execution but also a deeper intention to communicate texture, structure, and identity. I often draw inspiration from structuralism, emphasizing clean lines, layered forms, and thoughtful construction. Participating in the Real Leather. Stay Different 2026 competition is an opportunity for me to challenge my creativity and push the boundaries of traditional leather design. I hope to present work that is not only visually compelling but also meaningful, highlighting the unique qualities of real leather in a contemporary context. Through this experience, I aim to grow as a designer, refine my craftsmanship, and contribute a fresh perspective to the future of leather design.

A tribute to heritage craftsmanship, this cuff is handcrafted from premium vegetable-tanned leather using traditional hand-tooling techniques. The design features 3D-embossed star motifs hand-painted in sunburst gold, contrasting boldly against a deep chocolate antique finish. The fluid scrolls connecting the stars evoke the spirit of the open range, while burnished edges ensure a luxurious feel.
