As a Malaysian student currently pursuing fashion and design studies in Taiwan, my creative practice is rooted in a multidisciplinary exploration of garments, art, and philosophy. I do not view bags or clothing merely as functional products; instead, I perceive them as a canvas for the mind, where the structural logic of material meets the fluid imagination of painting. My design philosophy originates from a deep curiosity about human nature and the internal states of existence. I am particularly drawn to the intersection of psychological depth and physical form, using leather and textiles to manifest the unseen "folds" of the human experience. To me, creating a leather piece is an act of translating abstract philosophical inquiries into a tangible, structural language. By integrating the organic essence of leather with an avant-garde aesthetic, I strive to explore the metabolic transformation between the wearer and the object. I am currently dedicated to experimenting with unconventional construction methods and material narratives. My goal is to challenge the traditional boundaries of leatherwork, treating every creation as an evolving dialogue between survival states and individual adaptation. This journey represents my commitment to discovering the limitless possibilities that emerge when conceptual tension is grounded in the honest logic of craftsmanship.
