Gabriel Gonzalez

Emerging designer completing a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion design with a focus in menswear at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas I began designing as a high school sophomore after being inspired by Alexander McQueen, Iris Van Herpen, and Rick Owens. Their intensely creative ideas and artistic approach to fashion changed my perspective on what fashion could be. Now I am influenced by designers like Azzedine Alaia, Yves Saint Laurent, and Thierry Mugler. I aspire to bring the beauty, elegance, and care present in their womenswear into menswear and break the boundaries to show those characteristics can be present in men's fashion as well.
