HAN-DAI JIAN

Shih Chien University

CARRY ME

Category: Accessories

Competitions: Taiwan Region

Carry Me is designed around the idea of turning a bag into clothing, rethinking the relationship between accessories and garments. A bag is usually used to carry personal belongings, representing storage, company, and a sense of security. By transforming the bag into a vest, the object changes its function from carrying items to holding and protecting the wearer. Through zipper details and structural transformation, one single piece can shift between different forms and uses. This design blurs the boundary between bag and clothing, allowing an accessory to become something wearable. The bag is no longer only an item we carry, but something that can directly wrap around the body, like carrying personal space and comfort with us. The silhouette uses clean curved lines to create a soft and protective shape. The rounded form gives the design a sense of warmth, comfort, and body connection. Beyond its functional transformation, Carry Me also expresses the idea of being supported and protected. It is not only about carrying belongings, but also about carrying a feeling of safety.
