We are Hengxiang Dong and Linlin Xie, a leather art design major of Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical College, majoring in bags, shoes and boots, and clothing design. Through the university study, we learned a lot of knowledge about clothing. With the love of my profession and the desire to improve ourselves quality, We have devoted great enthusiasm and energy to my study, and achieved excellent results, and Mrs Dong wons many scholarships and awards in professional skills competitions.

Butterfly Effect

The design of this series is called "Butterfly Effect". The work is inspired by the rebirth of a butterfly on the edge of a cliff in a dream, and combines the theory of butterfly effect in chaos to show the beauty of freedom and the contingency of the future. Visually, it adopts the shape of butterfly's natural growth. In color, it extracts the shining grape purple of Euploea midamus as the main color, and metallic silver as the auxiliary color. In style and shape, it chooses butterfly's characteristic shape. It uses leather and a environmentally friendly metal leather material, which is soft and comfortable, breathable and light. The details embellish the gear aluminum sheet to increase the layering of the bag. Through the attitude of pursuing freedom of butterflies, we can overthrow the rapid wave of rapid industry. The natural collision of silver gears and butterflies will compose a different era. This work hopes that the crowd will slow down and find their own world with their efforts again and again.
