当代的人对自己的服装妆容有很多的想法一方面认为通勤，实穿、耐用、简单大众的服饰更加方便舒适，另一方面在社交媒体上看到有人分享的服饰精致、独特、小众、有强烈的‘设计感’，心里上很想去尝试，但是又怕其他人目光注视而生的羞耻感,最后往往都没有下文，可能是源于一种精致羞耻感,来自于社会凝视与刻板成见对于精致美丽的污名化。使人容易陷入审美的茧房而不去尝试，这种精致羞耻感慢慢的成为了一种枷锁,让人自甘平庸。On the one hand, people think that commuting, practical wear, durable, simple popular clothing is more convenient and comfortable; on the other hand, when they see some people share exquisite, unique, niche, and strong "design sense" on social media, they really want to try it, but they are afraid of the shame caused by other people's eyes. It may stem from a sense of refined shame, from the social gaze and stereotypes that stigmatize refined beauty. It makes people easy to fall into the aesthetic cocoon without trying, and this delicate sense of shame slowly becomes a kind of shackles, making people willing to be mediocre.
