采用参数化设计的"胶原纤维束"晶格结构,跟部区域模拟跟腱的波浪形纤维排列,实现垂直冲击→水平推进的能量转换(类似Adidas 4DFWD的FWD CELL原理)。 鞋面用≥50%表面面积覆盖头层牛皮粒面,3D打印TPU 85A网格骨架与真皮热压复合,形成"骨骼+皮肤"的仿生结构。真皮经激光微孔处理提升透气性。 配色采取原色真皮(焦糖棕)+ 深空灰TPU晶格 + 荧光橙能量线(应力集中区标识) The "collagen fiber bundle" lattice structure designed with parameters imitates the wavy fiber arrangement of the Achilles tendon in the heel area, achieving the energy conversion from vertical impact to horizontal propulsion (similar to the FWD CELL principle of Adidas 4DFWD). The upper is covered with ≥50% of the surface area with the grain surface of top-grade cowhide, and the 3D-printed TPU 85A grid framework is thermally bonded with the dermis to form a biomimetic structure of "bone + skin". The dermis is treated with laser micropores to enhance breathability. The color scheme adopts original color cowhide (caramel brown) + deep space gray TPU lattice + fluorescent orange energy lines (stress concentration area markers)
