With a strong foundation in fashion illustration, digital tools like Procreate, and creative concept development, I focus on crafting high-fashion, editorial narratives that refuse to simply chase mainstream relevance. My work frequently explores the balance between masculine and feminine energies, experimenting with contrasting silhouettes and textures to blur traditional boundaries. I see styling not just as clothing coordination, but as a powerful medium to communicate mood, narrative, and an unapologetic personality. “𝓑𝓸𝓱𝓸𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓮” by Nguyen Kim Khanh is a symphony of classic authority and contemporary freedom—a Spring–Summer ceremonial womenswear collection for those who embody leadership with a poetic soul. Inspired by the regalia of Napoleon I and the free-spirited charm of Boho Chic, it redefines ceremonial elegance through the union of opposites: strength and softness, discipline and ease, grandeur and airy grace. Layered textiles—sheer lace mesh, moss-green dyed genuine leather, and weightless silk chiffon—symbolize the shift from imposed power to liberated beauty. Every detail is a tribute to history, with meticulous hand embellishment on fabric and leather, echoing medals, insignias, and Napoleonic embroidery, reimagined with a feminine touch. Classic military forms—broad-shouldered jackets, sharp lapels, and double-breasted fronts—are reconstructed with asymmetric cuts, fringed hems, and cascading fabric tiers like wind-swept sails.
