Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art

My name is Naama, and I’m a third-year Fashion Design student at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art in Israel. Alongside my studies, I work as a fashion stylist, with hands-on experience in editorial productions, wardrobe styling, and personal styling for clients. My design work focuses on lingerie, leather, sustainability, textiles, and denim, with a strong passion for materials and their transformative potential. I love to draw, sculpt, and create from whatever is around me -finding beauty and function in unexpected places. I believe that sustainability is not a trend, but a way of life. My creative practice centers around upcycling, reducing waste, and designing with intention and longevity in mind. Whether working with natural fibers or by-product materials like leather, I strive to give each piece meaning, purpose, and soul.

Working with our partners at Arts Thread to develop lifelong learning and career opportunities for students of fashion and design. Our partnership provides the opportunity to compete on a world stage, participate in industry led workshops, set up an outstanding portfolio and gain access to the resources that will kickstart careers in fashion and design.
