一体化少部件可持续鞋履设计 Monolithic & Sustainable Footwear Design

一体化鞋,设计核心为一体化结构、少部件、可更换内靴,践行 “少即是可持续”的设计原则。传统运动鞋通常拥有 30 余个零部件,还会大量使用胶水,不仅回收困难,使用寿命也较短,而这款鞋子仅保留两个核心部件,采用一体成型外壳搭配可更换内靴,全程几乎不使用胶水,大幅减少生产废料与化学污染。它的结构精简为针织领口、可更换内袜套、一体式外壳皮、缓震中底、再生橡胶外底五大核心部分,兼顾轻便性与防护性。单一材质的设计也让鞋子拆解、回收工作变得更加简单。在使用与维护上,这款鞋可以 更换内靴,保留外壳,鞋子日常磨损多集中在内衬部分,用户可轻松取出内靴清洗或更换,坚固的一体化外壳能够长期使用,对比传统鞋履,它的废弃物减少约 60%,胶水使用量下降 70%,产品使用寿命也实现翻倍。 This integrated footwear design centers around a monolithic structure, minimal components, and a replaceable inner bootie, embodying the design philosophy of "Less is Sustainable." While traditional sneakers typically consist of over 30 components and rely heavily on toxic adhesives—leading to recycling challenges and a short product lifespan—this design retains only two core modules. By pairing a one-piece molded outer shell with a replaceable inner bootie, the assembly process is virtually glue-free, drastically minimizing manufacturing waste and chemical pollution. The overall structure is distilled into five core components: a knit collar, a replaceable inner sock liner, an integrated outer shell, a cushioning midsole, and a recycled rubber outsole, striking a perfect balance between lightweight comfort and robust protection. Furthermore, the implementation of mono-materials greatly simplifies disassembly and circular recycling. In terms of user experience and maintenance, the modular design allows users to swap out the inner bootie while retaining the shell. Since daily wear and tear typically occur on the inner lining, users can effortlessly remove the bootie for washing or replacement, while the durable monolithic shell remains in long-term use. Compared to conventional footwear, this solution reduces manufacturing waste by approximately 60%, cuts glue consumption by 70%, and effectively doubles the product's lifespan.
