Hello everyone, My name is Zu-Yun Lin, and I come from Taiwan. Currently, I am immersed in the study of bag patterns and designs. I have a profound passion for integrating aesthetics into everyday objects. This fascination drives me to explore the intricate balance between functionality and beauty in bag design. With each project, I strive to infuse creativity and innovation, aiming to create pieces that not only serve their practical purpose but also resonate with an aesthetic appeal. I believe that blending beauty into the mundane aspects of life enriches our daily experiences, and I am committed to contributing to this endeavor through my work.

Every individual should be treated with respect and inclusivity, free from discrimination based on physical appearance. Appearance-based discrimination can lead to feelings of exclusion and neglect in society, adversely affecting self-esteem and mental well-being. Through this design, irregular contours express the diversity of appearances, highlighting their unique beauty that transcends gender. Simultaneously, it emphasizes that each person possesses intrinsic value, and imperfections, regardless of gender, are a form of beauty. Furthermore, using the grey color palette as a symbol of the fear and desire for concealment experienced byindividuals with disabilities, and incorporating the processing of discarded mirrors, the design articulates the emotional fragmentation felt by those with disabilities due to the fear of societal discrimination. It calls on society to understand and accept the differences of people, and enabling each individual to find beauty and value in their uniqueness. The design of an interior zipper pocket in the bag not only enhances the practicality of the bag but also effectively increases storage space. he zipper pocket can be used to securely store small items such as mobile phones, keys, wallets, etc., making it easier to locate these items and preventing them from shifting around inside the bag.
