Bags, Womenswear, Hats

I am from Taiwan. I have dreamed of wearing bright clothes since I was a child, so I started learning to make clothes in high school. I hope that one day I can complete a set of clothes that I am most satisfied with.

A scavenger once said, “Trash never talks, but it remembers you used it.” This haunting quote serves as the conceptual foundation for Terminal of Civilization—a design that explores the silent legacy of overconsumption and waste. This work is a symbolic notebook, chronicling the detritus of modern life, asking us to confront what we leave behind. Eventually, we must face the ruins of our own making—assign them meaning, and take accountability for the consequences. At the heart of this piece is the garbage bag, transformed into a powerful emblem of a world teetering at the edge of collapse. It represents not only the physical remnants of consumer culture, but also the emotional and environmental weight of our habits. To evoke this idea, the bag is crafted from black leather, chosen for its sleek yet somber tone, echoing both luxury and decay. Intentional marks—wrinkles, woven textures, and burn stains—are added to simulate wear, distress, and abandonment. These details suggest a past life, hinting at stories of neglect and excess. What once was useful has now become a relic, a ghost of utility turned into a symbol of caution. Terminal of Civilization is not just a fashion piece—it is a reflection, a critique, and a call to awareness. It invites viewers to look closer, not just at the design, but at their own patterns of consumption and disposal. Through this work, I hope to spark dialogue about responsibility, sustainability, and the future we are actively shaping.

Time passes

Since people entered the age of science and technology, they often forget time because they are busy at work. Whenever people around them ask them about the time, time seems to be distorted and they don’t know what it is. After picking up the clock and looking at the time, they sigh that time has passed very quickly. fast. Through this work, I hope to arouse people to take a break in time despite the busy life and look at the things around them. Once time passes, you can never get it back.
