The concept is inspired by old film reels, serving as a symbol for preserving memories and the beautiful moments along the journey of growing up. A pair of vintage slingback shoes walks through life with a dreamy soul, celebrating the beauty of youth, self-love, and the preservation of fleeting everyday emotions. Rather than recreating specific scenes from old movies, the work aims to evoke a nostalgic, vintage atmosphere blended with the modern essence of Gen Z — a generation searching for personal identity in a rapidly changing world. The main character is likened to an orchid — delicate, elegant, yet strong, living fully in each moment. Through this, the concept conveys a message about overcoming challenges, cherishing youth, and moving forward with faith in the future.
