当今时代，日新月异，人们在追求物质生活的同时更需要丰富的生活。该系列服装设计通过这一社会现象为起点，紧追时代的号召，从中国优秀传统文化——“皮影戏”中汲取灵感。通过对中国优秀传统文化提取和再设计，来呼吁人们传承与发展中国优秀传统文化。服装系列设计《戏诉人生》的理念以“皮影戏”根据其运用人物剪影以表演故事的民间戏剧的方法为切入点。采用中国传统的图案进行设计装饰，并借用剪影的手法对其进行层叠处理，表现出传统与现代结合的层次美感。服装结构上运用多模块化的款式设计，使得服装的层次感更加鲜明，更是运用了西方的解构主义进行现代感表达。最终将传统皮影古朴典雅的感觉与服装相结合
