There was a time in last summer when I was lying on a harvest field and see an imagination in my head: A child in a raincoat wandering around the field and collecting beautiful plant, stones and seeds on the land. Each chosen with care, not for value, but for wonder — and gently placed into his basket of curiosity.

A life-changing meditation taught me : Nothing lasts forever In mindfulness, our senses awaken, more active than ever. My inspiration comes from the itchiness during meditation. In spiritual teachings, itchiness is caused by the exhaling of toxins beneath the skin. The unhealthier you are, the itchier you feel. And the sole solution, is to be patience. “After the Storm Comes a Calm.”
