Geralda Almira is an Indonesian fashion designer whose work explores the dialogue between cultural heritage and contemporary expression. Her work reinterprets traditional philosophies and narratives into modern garments that serve as both fashion statements and storytellers. She is also committed to promoting sustainability through thoughtful design practices, valuing craftsmanship, cultural preservation, and responsible fashion. Geralda graduated from Raffles Design Institute Jakarta with a major in Fashion Design. She achieved several notable milestones, including winning the Asia NewGen Fashion Award by Harper's BAZAAR Indonesia, being selected to represent Indonesia at the Mittelmoda International Fashion Award in Milan, Italy, and receiving an appreciation award from the Royal Family of Paku Alam, Yogyakarta, Indonesia for her contribution to promoting culture through fashion. Through a refined balance of heritage, innovation, and sustainability, Geralda continues to redefine cultural storytelling through fashion, creating collections that are timeless, conscious, and internationally relevant.
