The stress of a mother travelling with her newly born baby comes from packing all what a baby needs. During the travel, a baby needs changing of diapers. My project looks at releasing some of that stress by making a bag that can carry all the child's essentials from; diapers, wet wipes, baby shawl(light and heavy), a few clothes, towels, feeder, baby powder to baby oil. On top of that, the bag can be used as a platform/bed to lay the baby and change the diapers. My bag is divided into 5 segments all foldable to make a 16 by 16 inch bag. *Segment one, is divided into two. Two pockets where you can put some of the essentials, like baby oil, baby powder some few dolls or toys to keep the baby busy when changing his/her diapers. *Segment two and three are where you lay the baby when changing the diapers. This two segments are attached by a zip where both are folded together after use. *Segment four consists of wet wipes or towels. *Segment five is a pocket to put away the waste diapers and wipes until somewhere appropriate to dispose them away is available. The whole bag is folded starting with segment four and five inserted first then two and three are closed together and overlapped by one to cover the whole bag. My project looks at exploring the versatility and durability of leather and it's products and also what a better way to show off to other mothers your fashion uniqueness while celebrating the bouncing blessing.
