My name is Phanteera Thangthavornsirikul, a 20-year-old second-year fashion design student at Chulalongkorn University. I am passionate about creating designs that tell stories through art and personal identity.
My style leans toward feminine grunge, though I always enjoy experimenting with diverse aesthetics and new creative directions. I’m constantly exploring innovative techniques in my design process and often spend my free time drawing and crafting by hand.
I believe that design is a powerful way to express one’s inner world—and I hope to share a piece of mine with you through my work.
The inspiration for this design stems from the “legend of the constellation Taurus,” particularly the myth of Europa and the white bull - a transformed figure of Zeus in ancient Greek mythology. According to the myth, Zeus abducted Europa and took her to the island of Crete, the birthplace of the Minoan civilization, one of the oldest and most prosperous civilizations in the Mediterranean region.
This creation intertwines the enchanting beauty and sensual allure of Europa with themes of desire and sexuality, merging them with the rich civilization of the Minoans on the island of Crete. Drawing from their rituals, symbols, and lifestyle
