I enjoy using bold, unconventional structures to define the core of my work, making each piece a strong visual statement. Inspired by the idiom "A Bird in a cage," this collection explores the paradox of beauty within confinement. The evolution of soft feathers into sculptural, hand-distressed Leather wings embodies the grit required to shatter one's chains. By integrating a structured corset with a 3D birdcage veil, the silhouette becomes a profound metaphor for the dual imprisonment of the body and the soul-and the eventual triumph of the spirit.
