As a wife of a military veteran,My project talks about the woman on the home front. The wives who are never asked if they are ok, there only concern sould be caring for the men and home. I took inspiration from women of the 1st and second world war, the pin up girls, Golda, the first and only female prime minister of Israel and the” round table series” by carry weems. The looks tell a story with a bit of humor and lots of kitchen references which is where i find peace when i worry for my love. I used silverware, table cloth, mittens ect.
