Towering skyscrapers, steel and concrete walls, Rising elegantly, yet cold as ice, devoid of emotion, The daily warmth people absorb comes only from the slivers of sunlight between windows and windows. The gentle sunlight, reaching the untouched corners of my heart, Blooms a small oasis, Silently germinating and blossoming.
