Suspended Point
Category: Design*
This is not a chair designed for rest, but a structure that suspends the body in a state of spatial hesitation. The metal frame does not support—it delineates. It marks a boundary without offering orientation. Neither interior nor exterior, it is a threshold rendered in lines. The leather seat floats within this geometry, inviting touch without grounding. As you sit, you are lifted— hovering in a posture that refuses finality. This is not comfort. It is a site of suspension, where the body wavers between approach and refusal. This is a suspended point. A place that cannot hold you—yet draws you in.
