Flesh, Reclaimed.

Flesh, Reclaimed explores a system that consumes bodies and discards what remains. Drawing a parallel between the meat industry and the objectification of women, the project reflects on how both material and body are reduced to surface, fragmented, and treated as expendable. Constructed from discarded leather remnants, the piece reassembles what was left behind into a modular structure connected by metal jump rings, transforming excess into form. An integrated glove allows the bag to be inhabited rather than carried, shifting the body from object to subject, from passive to in control. What was once reduced to waste returns with presence and purpose.
