SHAPE IN FLOW
Category: Apparel
I want to capture a moment between order and disorder before the form is stable. Let the fabric no longer be just a medium to cover the body, but be free from the limitations of gravity and functionality, and transform into a flowing structure. With "unfinished form" as the core, through large areas of asymmetrical surfaces and stacks, it expresses a picture that seems to be condensed in the wind. The silhouette frees between the fabric and the sculpture, making the body a fulcrum rather than a subject. I deliberately weaken the boundaries of traditional clothing, allowing the fabric to appear somewhere between soft and hard—both like a moment blown up by the wind and a frozen image of time being suspended.
