This design is based on the concept of a “Micro Habitat,” focusing on ecological systems that are not easily perceived by the naked eye, such as environments formed by soil, fungi, and microorganisms. These hidden systems, though often overlooked, play a vital role in sustaining life and maintaining balance within nature. The perforations and rounded structures at the base of the bag symbolize the breathing, circulation, and coexistence among living organisms. The patchwork construction reflects the irregular yet ordered formations found in natural systems, where each element exists independently while contributing to a larger ecological network. A butterfly resting on the surface represents the delicate and interdependent relationship between organisms and their habitats, emphasizing both fragility and connection. Material selection further extends this concept. The clean and minimal exterior highlights the purity of form and structure, while the interior features printed patterns inspired by micro-ecological textures such as mycelium networks and organic growth. This contrast between the exterior and interior suggests the coexistence of visible and invisible worlds, inviting users to engage with the unseen layers of nature. Additionally, laser-cut leather details are applied to enhance the organic visual language, translating natural patterns into refined craftsmanship. The interplay between softness and structure allows the design to maintain both sculptural presence and functional usability.
